This hotel is a great value for the money - I couldn't believe how affordable it was compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and spacious, just like in the pictures. I loved the view from my room, it was such a nice touch. And the breakfast spread was simply delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

They provided us with a hair blower and hot water within 5mins upon request. the hotel's air deodorant had a pleasant fragrance. The hotel's location was great as it was in a traffic area and near a gas station, made transportation very easy. We also loved the hotel's breakfast options.

The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel also offers good amenities such as air conditioning and WiFi, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Plus, the location is excellent, as it is close to the Mall of Indonesia, making it easy to go shopping or dine out.

The location is great, with a short drive to a gas station area and Mall of Indonesia. the room is clean and cozy with comfortable bedding and clean bathroom. Staff service is amazing, always prompt in fulfilling requests and went above and beyond to accommodate needs. the breakfast menu offers a decent variety of dishes with good taste.

The soundproofing could be better since outside noises can be a disturbance.

Spent Christmas in this hotel. the room was quite spacious and modern with a nice outside bar. the security guard was friendly and helpful every time we came back. the hotel is located close to a shopping mall and within a reasonable distance to transportation.

The staff didn't speak very good English which made communication difficult. the breakfast was not very good and there wasn't much choice.

The food served was delectable and the portions were satisfying. Additionally, the location was strategic as it was near to key tourist spots. Moreover, the internet connection was commendable.

The condition of the room was quite disappointing as the bedsheets and pillowcases had visible stains. Moreover, the hygiene of the room was not maintained well as there were an abundance of mosquitoes. The staff were not fluent in English which created a communication barrier.
